This is a Border Fine Arts limited edition fairy plate entitled The Snapdragon Fairy from The Festival of Flower Fairies Collection by Cicely Mary Barker (1987). The plate is in very good condition. No box/paperwork. Plate diameter 19.5 cm.(7.75"). Manufacturer's mark to base (see photo). I have other fairy plates for sale.
